The Top 10 Songs About Boats
Note - "The End" by The Doors is a break-up song. So is this.
1999 should be higher and Hard Rain's deserves more than an honorable mention, come now. I appreciate the inclusion of Earth Died Screaming, but lets be honest every other Tom Waits is about the end of the world. Also, The End is really only a break up song? What about all the Oedipal digressions? The best is the west is the west....plus it's used at the end of Apocalypse Now. I demand a recount
ReplyDeleteThe placement of songs within the top 10 are mostly decided by aesthetic reasons.
